Yanis Varoufakis, famous for his brave resistance to capitalism and western confrontation of peace-loving authoritarian regimes, has received a lot of criticism for this morning’s tweet.

Varoufakis is one of the West’s latest scapegoats, who dared to speak in support of a nuclear war on behalf of Russia. He had previously justified such war as ‘a war to end capitalism once and for all’. The Russian government vowed to conduct a nuclear strike if their aims were hopelessly failing. Perhaps, Varoufakis might push Putin to make the right decision.
The reaction of those against a nuclear war were not calm to say the least. Varoufakis was bombarded with 50,000 replies in the first 15 minutes.
