Putin, after championing support among nationalists in Europe, has warned them to look the other way on issues of immigration, religion and ethnic identity in Russia.
“Your job is to give us support and destabilize Europe. When it comes to issues of ethnicity and religion in Russia, look the other way, it does not concern you”
The statement comes as an indirect response to those who have noticed high immigration to Russia from Central Asia. Some useful Western xenophobes have outlined that Russia too, deals with diversification, a melting pot. This is not so useful to Russia. All Russia needs is their unwavering support. It is necessary that Russia’s supporters abroad only look at what Russia wants them to see and shouldn’t dig any deeper.
